- Wash the baby in the bath. We do not use soap daily, but we do like to wash off any milk that might have gotten caught n the adorable baby rolls.
- Put on a new diaper and use diaper cream if there is any redness or rash.
- Rub baby with lotion. This is a nice way to give your baby a soothing massage. If your baby has sensitive skin, we recommend using Cetaphil Baby Lotion .
- Put on clean pj’s. After washing up, it’s a good idea to put on a clean pair of pyjamas.
- Swaddle up. We like to use the swaddle me blankets for the newborn stage.
- Give a quick burp. Making sure there is no trapped air inside the baby before putting them down to sleep always helps them stay asleep.
- Turn on some white noise.
- Rock in the rocking chair to get them drowsy.
